Newco Concrete Products Ltd is an established company producing Prestressed Concrete Floor Beams (used in beam and block flooring), concrete wideslab flooring and staircases.
Our 150mm and 225mm deep prestressed concrete beams are manufactured using mould cast techniques in accordance with BS8110 1985 Class 2. When used with 100mm standard solid block as infill, our floor beams produce a simple, quick and efficient Beam & Block suspended floor. The system is suitable for ground and upper floors and also flat roof structures. The spans available (see charts) enable most forms of construction and imposed loading to be accommodated. Quotations/contracts are offered on either a supply only or supply & fix basis.
We offer a complete and professional service employing the best design technicians who will provide quotations free of charge for your scheme and help and advice you throughout the build. Also importantly we provide a very competitive pricing regime and we keep our delivery lead times to an average of 2/3 weeks (or less) at all times.
